Selection Criteria

SC1 Demonstrated capacity to interpret and apply policies, procedures and legislative or compliance requirements within a workplace environment. 

SC2   Demonstrated ability to coordinate programs or processes and lead their implementation across a large College. 

SC3  Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships, provide advice and support, and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

SC4  Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, prepare reports and confidently use a range of computer applications and information systems.

SC5  Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, confidentiality and a commitment to continuous learning, with the ability to contribute positively to a safe, inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.

Role

Attendance may be required for up to 6 days during school holiday periods.  A leave purchase of 72.47% of the hourly rate will be paid for any additional attendance undertaken during the school holiday periods.

Range 4 is distinguished by broader management responsibility, particularly in the areas of finance, human resource and other support functions.  Range 4 is responsible for managing a range of functions under a wide range of conditions, subject to the size and complexity of school operations.
