Selection Criteria

SC1 ¿ Demonstrated capacity to interpret and apply policies, procedures and legislative or compliance requirements within a workplace environment. Experience in occupational health and safety, compliance, risk management or a related field is desirable but not essential. Applicants who can demonstrate strong analytical skills, sound judgement and the ability to quickly acquire new knowledge are encouraged to apply.

SC2 ¿ Demonstrated ability to coordinate programs or processes, manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement. Experience using compliance, administration or information management systems is desirable but not essential. The ability to learn new systems, identify opportunities for improvement and support organisational outcomes will be highly regarded.

SC3 ¿ Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships, provide advice and support, and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

SC4 ¿ Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, prepare reports and confidently use a range of computer applications and information systems.

SC5 ¿ Demonstrated initiative, professionalism and a commitment to continuous learning, with the ability to contribute positively to a safe, inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
