Selection Criteria

SC1 
Demonstrated experience providing financial and administrative support in a complex organisation, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records using relevant systems (e.g. CASES21, SRP, or equivalent).

SC2 

Demonstrated well developed organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working with minimal supervision.

SC3 
Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to liaise professionally with staff, students, parents/carers, and external stakeholders, and to explain administrative or financial processes clearly.

SC4 
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a small administrative team, supporting the Business Manager and school leadership, while showing initiative in identifying and resolving day to day operational issues.

SC5 
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional learning and development, including a willingness to build knowledge and skills in school administrative systems, financial processes, and relevant policy updates as required by the role.
