Details: Arawang Primary School is seeking a proactive, reliable Building Services Officer Level 3 (BSO3) to support the safe, efficient and effective operation of our school facilities and grounds.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high-quality learning environments and enjoys working both independently and collaboratively within a school community. The successful applicant will play a key role in ensuring that our buildings, grounds and facilities are safe, welcoming and maintained to support high-quality teaching and learning.

As the BSO3, you will be responsible for the security, maintenance and presentation of school buildings, grounds, furniture, equipment and associated preschool facilities. You will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance programs, supervise contractors, undertake repairs, support sustainability initiatives, monitor heating and cooling systems to maximise energy efficiency, and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, risk management and regulatory requirements.
