Role description


We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officer for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

The School Officer role provides a range of administrative duties in a growing and dynamic secondary College. Suitable applicants will ideally possess exceptional communication and organisational skills to effectively greet visitors and respond to enquiries or requests for information from students, parents, staff, and the community. As a college that utilises technology to enhance our service delivery, you could be operating a range of software packages including but not limited to the Student Information System (SIS), Compass, Canva, Excel, Sway and Microsoft applications.

Suitable applicants are expected to be able to adapt to change within the needs of the College, therefore suitable applicants will be able to work across various locations within the college and with diverse teams supporting the College operations.
