About the Role
Useless Loop Primary School is looking for a dedicated and passionate Principal, who is committed to achieving the best educational outcomes for our students.
Useless Loop Primary School caters to students from Kindergarten to Year 11 and serves approximately 20 students - the children of employees working at Shark Bay Resources - within a caring and supportive environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a school culture that promotes positive relationships between students and staff, whilst engaging parents and the wider community in the educational work of the school. The school has a strong focus on improving school attendance and engagement programs, along with a clear focus on literacy and numeracy to ensure every student achieves success.
As the principal, you will work to ensure teachers are supported to create learning environments that promote the academic progress and achievement of every student. You will be an instructional leader with an understanding of current practices to continue the focus on high impact teaching. Proven experience in setting the optimal conditions for teachers to cater to students with diverse learning needs through data informed practice is highly desirable.
