We aim to develop positive, caring individuals who are equipped with the social and academic skills necessary to prepare them for their future life beyond Primary School. Our core values of Respect, Resilience and Teamwork. We value and are strengthened by parent involvement and community links in many aspects of learning and operations at BCS.
Using a team approach to learning, we view learning is a shared responsibility between students, staff and families. To enhance learning and to the build capacity of staff, there is a focus on planned differentiation and shared understanding and implementation of the school¿s strategic plan priorities. This is achieved through a strong professional learning team culture.
