Role description
Selection Criteria
SC1 Demonstrated experience providing high-quality student-centred careers and pathways services. Demonstrated experience administering VTAC processes, Work Experience, Morrisby, vocational assessment programs or similar initiatives.
SC2 Tertiary qualifications in Career Development and/or Careers Counselling
SC3 Demonstrated proficiency in the use of office systems, computer software or technical equipment as relevant to the position i.e. Compass, Google Suite
SC4 Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively, positively and diplomatically with a range of people including school staff, students, parents and the wider community while working independently and without constant supervision.
SC5 Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to lead the work of staff and actively contribute to a team to develop, implement and assess the effectiveness of Careers Programs. Demonstrated commitment and capacity to actively contribute to the development of the whole school program.
SC6 Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate unexpected challenges, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in meeting the evolving needs and circumstances of the school environment. Demonstrated capacity to contribute to the culture of a school.
