Selection Criteria
SC1. Educational Leadership
Demonstrated capacity to lead and inspire staff to improve teaching practice and student outcomes through strategic leadership, evidence-based decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement.
SC2. Teaching and Learning Expertise
Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary educational practice, curriculum implementation and instructional leadership, including the ability to support teachers to improve student achievement and engagement.
SC3. Leadership of Wellbeing and Inclusion
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies that support student wellbeing, engagement, inclusion and positive behaviour, ensuring all students are supported to achieve their potential.
SC4. Staff Development and Capacity Building
Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring and supporting staff growth through professional learning, performance and development processes and collaborative practice.
SC5. Communication and Community Partnerships
Highly developed interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, staff, families, external agencies and the broader community.
