The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Health & Safety Manager to lead injury prevention and injury management initiatives across our College community.  The role will be based at our Heyington campus (Toorak), onsite full time or part time (min 0.6) will be considered.

Reporting to the Director of Governance, this position plays a vital role in fostering a safe and supportive environment for staff, students, volunteers and contractors.  This hands on role will be accountable for supportive injury prevention initiatives and coordinating injury management of both work related and non-work-related injuries. 

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact by strengthening safety systems, supporting injured employees, and promoting a positive safety culture.
