Salary Range: $86,600 - $124,725 pending experience + Super + Allowances + Middle Leader Allowance (Tier 1.2 = $9,768 & Tier 3 =$19,535)

Ryan Catholic College is seeking experienced, dedicated, and visionary Middle Leaders to join the team commencing in 2027.

These are full-time, permanent teaching roles with a fixed-term appointment to the Middle Leader position concluding in 2030.

The Middle Leader supports the mission of Ryan Catholic College through leadership of the learning and teaching program by ensuring that appropriate pedagogies are developed and implemented at all levels. Successful applicants will demonstrate leadership in three dimensions: leadership of teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership. 

We are currently seeking applications for the following five Middle Leader positions:

• Literacy Pedagogy and Learning Leader - Tier 1.2
• Numeracy, Pedagogy and Learning Leader - Tier 1.2
• Inclusive Education Pedagogy and Learning Leader - Tier 3
• Inclusive Education Coordinator - Tier 1.2
• Senior School Compliance Coordinator - Tier 1.2
