Role description


We are seeking to establish a pool of Aboriginal and Islander Education Officer’s for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year.

Located in the heart of Mandurah, Greenfields Primary School (PS) is committed to providing an inclusive, culturally responsive learning environment where every student is known, valued and supported to achieve success. The Role

Greenfields PS is seeking a passionate, dedicated and community-minded Aboriginal and Islander Education Officer (AIEO) to join our Student Services team.

The AIEO plays a vital role in strengthening relationships between home and school, supporting student engagement, attendance, wellbeing and academic achievement, while promoting and celebrating Aboriginal culture across our entire school community. This aligns with the Department of Education's expectations for the role, including acting as a liaison between the school, families and community, mentoring students and supporting culturally responsive teaching and learning.
