The Opportunity
Our Lady of the Visitation School is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented School Finance Officer to join our Administration and Finance team. Reporting to the Business Manager, this role plays an important part in supporting the school's day-to-day financial operations, with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, school fee management and month-end finance processes.
This full-time position works 37.5 hours per week across 43 weeks of the year, providing an excellent opportunity to enjoy a school-based work calendar while contributing to a welcoming and supportive Catholic school community. Located in Taperoo on the Lefevre Peninsula, within metropolitan Adelaide, the school is easily accessible from Adelaide's western, northern and coastal suburbs.
