About the role

We have full-time positions for Primary Classroom Teachers. The primary objective of the role is to develop a stimulating learning environment by using a variety of styles and approaches to cater for individual learnings needs and support the Catholic ethos, traditions, and practices, and apply these in classroom activities.

 

The Position

  • Title: Classroom Teacher
  • Classification: (CEMEA 2022) T1.1 – T2.6
  • Remuneration: $79,589 – $118,063
  • FTE / Hours per fortnight: 1.0
  • Employment Status: Ongoing  
  • Other Requirements: VIT

 

About You

  • You bring strong classroom management skills and a passion for fostering a love of learning.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with school leadership and staff.
  • A commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos and values of our school.
  • Experience in human resource management and administration (desirable but not essential).
  • You are a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher, ready to step into classrooms and create engaging learning experiences.
  • You hold current VIT registration.
  • Must have at least 2 years of primary school teaching experience.
  • Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree (4 years) or equivalent teaching qualifications
  • Willing to work within the Australian teaching curriculum.
  • Accreditation to teach in a Catholic school (or be working towards such accreditation)
