Employment Type: Full Time, Fixed Term- 3 Years (0.6 POL release; 0.4 Teaching)
This position holds a full time permanent teaching position within the Cairns Diocese.
Salary Range: Graduate $86,600 to Lead Teacher $147,048 FTE Gross per annum + 12.75% Superannuation + POL Allowance

- Work closely with teachers to plan, prepare and deliver effective learning and teaching programs that identify and respond to the individual needs of students
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the school objectives and school planning
- Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a supportive school environment
The Leader of Diversity is accountable to and under the direction of the school Principal or delegate.
