About the role
Ready to step into a role that shapes the student experience? We’re seeking a Year Level Leader at our St Catherine Campus (Mickleham) for the period from 27 January 2027 to 26 January 2030, with an ongoing teaching opportunity.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, builds positive relationships and supports students and staff with confidence and care.

Position Details:
- Year Level Leader
- Level 3 position of leadership (POL)
Your duties will include:
- Overseeing the wellbeing, behaviour management and social-emotional development of students in the assigned year
- Fostering an exemplary standard of pastoral care of students, based on the framework of Restorative Practices
- Leading and fostering the professional development of Pastoral Care Teachers
- Supporting the transition of new students to the year level and College.
- Leading the implementation of social-emotional learning in the assigned year level, utilising the framework of the Respectful Relationships program.
