Selection Criteria

Your application for this position should specifically address each of the selection criteria below.  Short listing and selection will be based upon responses to these selection criteria and key responsibility areas.

 

SC1. Proven ability to work as part of a team, be adaptable and flexible and be able to take direction as required.

SC2. Demonstrated understanding of client services, and experience in providing a friendly and efficient service within the College Library

SC3. Ability to manage time, work independently and determine priorities of work with some supervision

SC4. Sound knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, software and technical equipment as relevant to this position

SC5. Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
SC6. A good standard of numeracy and literacy with personal skills of accuracy, precision and personal organization and planning

SC7. Demonstrated commitment to OH&S

 

Role

People employed at this level work under routine direction and undertake a variety of duties as directed within the College Library.

This position may involve giving basic technical and procedural advice to other staff, teachers, students or parents. It may require some knowledge and application of specific procedures, instructions or other requirements relating to general administration and/or specific College programs or activities.
