Join our team as a Boarding Supervisor at Columba Catholic College!

We’re looking for caring and dedicated Boarding Supervisors to join our boarding community. There are multiple positions available either Full-Time, Part-Time or Casual contracts depending on your availability. 

As a Boarding Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing, safety, and daily routines of our boarding students. You’ll join a supportive team of committed staff who work together in partnership with parents to create the best possible living and learning experience for every student in our care.

Your warmth, patience, and ability to build positive, trusting relationships with young people will help every student feel included, valued, and confident. You’ll demonstrate strong communication skills, good judgement, and a calm, approachable manner when guiding students through daily routines and challenges.

In this role, you’ll foster a sense of belonging and responsibility by promoting respectful behaviour, encouraging independence, and helping students develop essential life skills in a supportive and structured environment. You’ll be proactive, dependable, and capable of responding sensitively to the individual needs of students, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
