Role description

Exciting Permanent Opportunities – Flexible Part-Time Roles! AND Relief opportunities!

Are you looking to broaden your teaching experience, take on a new challenge, or step into a different team for a period of time? We currently have permanent and relief teaching positions available at AQ Rockhampton school.

What’s in it for you?

  • Opportunity for Lower Primary teachers with capacity to teach aspects of all key learning areas (subjects) across our P-4 cohort.
  • Small classes of 6 students.
  • Become part of a growing, connected, and close-knit community of dedicated professionals, where your contributions are valued.
  • Opportunity to personalise learning and curriculum access – teach students where they are at and by what they need.
  • As a teacher you will be supported by the wider AQ School team and educational program.

“The single most important thing that I love about being a part of AQ is that there’s such heartfelt passion to see change in the autism community”.

Our P-12 independent school has six campuses across the state and is built on a strong foundation of Specialist Teachers, Aides and Allied Health Professionals. Working in a collaborative environment, our dedicated teams offer a tailored, neuroaffirming approach to the learning experience of diverse learners.
