An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Inclusive Education Coordinator, or an aspiring leader with relevant experience, to join Xavier College, Gawler Belt (7–12) in a fixed-term, full-time Position of Responsibility (POR3), commencing Monday, 7 September 2026 until Friday, 13 November 2026.
This role may include a teaching component and should be read in conjunction with the Teacher Position Information Document.

As Inclusive Education Coordinator, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership in inclusive education, working collaboratively with Campus leaders, teachers, Education Support Officers, students and families to support students with diverse learning needs to achieve success academically, socially and emotionally.
- Lead the planning, implementation and review of Personalised Plans for Learning (PPLs), supporting teachers to implement appropriate adjustments while ensuring compliance with CESA, legislative and policy requirements.
- Lead, manage and develop a team of Education Support Officers through effective communication, targeted professional learning and the strategic allocation of in-class support.
