Role description
This is a 6 month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026 with possible extension and/or permanency

The Role
Kojonup DHS is seeking a high performing secondary leader who is innovative, team-oriented and enthusiastic, to join our executive leadership team in the position of Deputy Principal.
In collaboration with the Principal and members of the administrative team, the Deputy Principal provides educational leadership in the school and the community by developing and promoting the school vision, values, ethos and priorities and encouraging staff, students, families, community and others to share ownership of the school’s vision and goals.
As a member of the school’s executive team, the successful applicant should establish and maintain collaborative and respectful relationships with the school community, ensuring all students’ needs are met.
