Commencement Date: 13 July or as soon as reasonably practicable
Location: Townsville Catholic Education Office, Kirwan.
Salary Range: $121,496 - $136,746 per annum + Super (Pending Experience)

As a trusted advisor to principals and system leaders, you'll provide expert employment and industrial relations advice, coach leaders through complex people matters, and support the development of a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Working across a diverse portfolio of schools and business units, you'll manage complex employee relations matters, conduct investigations, resolve workplace issues, and contribute to strategic workforce initiatives that strengthen organisational capability.
About you
You're an experienced employment or industrial relations professional who thrives on building strong relationships and providing practical, solutions-focused advice. You enjoy partnering with leaders, navigating complex workplace matters and balancing legislative compliance with positive people outcomes.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience in employment relations, industrial relations or HR business partnering within a complex organisation.
- Demonstrated experience managing investigations, grievances, performance matters and workplace disputes from end to end.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreements and industrial relations frameworks.
