Role description
Applications are invited for an experienced ICT Support Officer to join the ICT team at Campbelltown Anglican Schools.
Campbelltown Anglican Schools Council delivers Christian education to more than 1,800 students through St Peter’s Anglican Grammar, St Peter’s Heart and Broughton Anglican College in the Macarthur region. Staff enjoy a collaborative and supportive environment while contributing to innovative and effective learning and operational practices across the Schools.
This position is a full-time ongoing role commencing as soon as possible.
Core Requirements
Applicants for the position of ICT Support Officer must demonstrate at a minimum that they:
- are a committed Christian, who is active in the life of a Bible-based Evangelical Church
- support the Schools’ vision of holistic Christian education
- conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the Schools’ ethos and Code of Conduct at all times, modelling Christian maturity to the school community
- have demonstrated experience providing ICT support in a customer-focused environment
- have excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of hardware, software and technology-related issues
- have experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and Windows-based devices
- have the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- have knowledge of relevant compliance and cyber security requirements relating to information technology
- hold a valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC) or be willing…
