Role description

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Business Manager to provide leadership and oversight of human resources, finance, facilities management and WH&S at Bundaberg State High School.
Commencing in Semester 2, 2026, you will work closely with the Business Manager (Strategy & Operations) and the Principal to deliver expert advice, drive process improvements, and ensure the school's operations are efficient, compliant, and strategically aligned.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can effectively manage competing priorities with confidence.
