Cecil Hills High School is a comprehensive coeducational high school in a growth area of south-west Sydney with an enrolment of almost 1400 students in Years 7–12. Eighty-five percent of students are from non-English speaking backgrounds, with the main languages spoken at home being Vietnamese, Arabic and Serbian, and one percent of students identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. The school has an outstanding reputation for quality teaching and learning, fostering a productive learning environment with a history of academic success and high expectations across all curriculum areas.
