Catholic Education NT (CENT) operates 18 Catholic schools across the Northern Territory, from Early Learning to Secondary, including remote schools. This role is based at the Catholic Education Office (CEO) in Berrimah.

The position:
As our Recruitment & HR Administrator, you'll provide vital administrative support across recruitment and HR for the Catholic Education Office and our school leadership teams. You'll be assisting hiring managers at each stage of the recruitment process, including raising requisitions, preparing documentation, coordinating interviews, and processing employment contracts.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Officer, you'll work closely with hiring managers, school leaders and teams across Catholic Education NT, and play a key part in supporting the rollout of our HR Onboarding system (TechOne) across CENT schools.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support across the recruitment and HR function.
- Coordinate recruitment activities within the TechOne system.
