About the role
The ICT Helpdesk Technician role provides key Level 2 support to resolve second tier help desk enquiries and supports the day-to-day maintenance and running of the School ICT facilities, predominantly at our Paralowie Campus.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing the second tier of support for staff and students for ICT and in class AV issues either over the phone or in person.
- Provisioning new accounts and hardware for new staff and students and providing basic training on the use of their device.
- Coordinating repairs of faulty or damaged equipment that is under warranty or covered by accidental damage policies.
The successful applicant will:
- Be committed to Christ and Christian education.
- Hold a Certificate III in Information and Communication Technology or equivalent attainment from employment or training background.
