Faith Lutheran College is seeking enthusiastic, caring and team‑oriented Early Childhood Co‑Educators to join our Junior School (Early Learning Centre) team.

We are recruiting for:

Casual Early Childhood Co‑Educators will be engaged on an as‑needed basis to provide relief and additional support across the Early Learning Centre. Casual employment may suit applicants seeking flexible work arrangements or those interested in future opportunities within the College.

About the Role

Working as part of a collaborative and supportive Early Learning Centre team, Early Childhood Co‑Educators contribute to high‑quality, play‑based and inquiry‑focused learning environments that support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

What we are looking for:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or Certificate III with a willingness to work towards a Diploma)
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
• Experience or interest in play-based and inquiry learning approaches
• Current WWCC, First Aid, RRHAN-EC & VSC (or willingness to obtain) 
• Alignment with the Christian ethos and values of Faith Lutheran College
