Role description

EREA Colleges Ltd invites applications for the role of Campus Principal of St Brendan’s College, Yeppoon for commencement in January 2027.

St Brendan’s College is a connected, values driven community, strengthened by passionate staff and a proud Old Boys network. We are a Catholic day and boarding school with over 1000 boys in Year 7 to 12. The College is located on a stunning 300 acre campus in Yeppoon on the Capricorn Coast. Founded in 1940 by the Christian Brothers, the College stands on the land of the Darumbal people, whose culture and heritage we respectfully acknowledge.

Guided by the Edmund Rice ethos, our mission is to grow respectful, confident and successful young men of faith. We deliver a holistic education underpinned by a proactive pastoral care program that nurtures character, leadership and service, and fosters a spirit of justice, compassion and solidarity.

In 2026, the College continues to evolve with a strong focus on academic excellence, pastoral care and strategic infrastructure development. Our Capital Master Plan is progressing with targeted investment in contemporary learning environments, facilities and campus access. Central to this program is the Rice Industrial Technology and Innovation Centre (RITIC), a cutting edge facility designed to elevate learning in design, manufacturing and digital technologies. Complementary projects, including new classrooms and improved access and parking, position the College to support an expanding student cohort and future focused pedagogy.
