Enrolments Engagement Coordinator

Are you a natural relationship-builder with a passion for helping people take the next step in their education journey? We're looking for an Enrolments Engagement Coordinator to be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for prospective families — guiding them from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

The Enrolments Engagement Coordinator supports prospective families through their decision-making journey and assists in guiding enquiries through to enrolment. The role is highly relationship-focused, with a strong emphasis on proactive outreach, pipeline management, and delivering a positive experience for prospective families.

In this role, you'll respond to enquiries via phone, email and in-person, build genuine rapport with prospective students and their families, and build genuine relationships with parents and carers as they navigate one of the biggest decisions for their family. You'll work closely with our marketing, enrolments and leadership teams to create a seamless, personal experience at every step of the enrolment journey.

We're looking for someone with outstanding interpersonal skills, a genuine warmth with children and families, and the organisational skills to manage enquiries, tours and applications with care and efficiency. Experience in school enrolments, education, hospitality, or customer relationship roles would be highly regarded
