Executive Support Officer: Financial Services
1.0 FTE Ongoing
Catholic Education Tasmania is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Officer: Financial Services to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Financial Services Management Team and Director: Corporate Services.
This is a unique opportunity to work within a purpose-driven organisation that supports over 17,000 students and 4,000 staff across 39 schools throughout Tasmania, contributing to a mission focused on excellence in education and holistic student development.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing executive and administrative support to senior financial leaders
- Managing complex diaries, workflows, correspondence, and logistics
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and schedules
- Supporting financial and corporate administration processes (including budgeting and reporting)
- Preparing reports, presentations, and key documentation
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
About You
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in high-level executive or administrative support
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive mindset with sound judgement and problem-solving capability
- High levels of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
Essential Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
- Current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People
- National Police Criminal History Check (NPCHC)
