We are seeking an organised and relationship‑focused Tertiary, Applied and Vocational Education Learning (TAVEL) Coordinator to lead and support vocational, applied and tertiary pathways for students in Years 10–12. This key role ensures students can successfully access VET programs, workplace learning, traineeships, apprenticeships and accelerated higher‑education opportunities while working toward their NTCET.
As the TAVEL Coordinator, you will manage student enrolments with external training and higher‑education providers, develop and maintain strong industry partnerships, coordinate Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placements, and oversee the daily operations of the Career Acceleration Program (CAP). You will also maintain accurate records, monitor compliance requirements, manage program documentation and reporting, and provide clear communication to students, families and staff.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident working across multiple stakeholders. Strong communication skills, excellent relationship‑building, an understanding of VET and post‑compulsory pathways, and the ability to manage documentation, schedules and quality assurance processes are essential.
