About the Role
St Peters Lutheran College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Teacher to support our Exceptional Learners department. You will play a central role in supporting students with recognised learning difficulties or disabilities to access the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and provide learning support for identified students, diagnostically testing students as required, and coordinating Individual Support Plans.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships across the College, with students, colleagues, parents and external providers.
- Maintain confidentiality in regard to sensitive or private information.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of student assessment and progress.
