About Our School

Good Samaritan Catholic College is a diverse, dynamic community confident in the call to develop the gifts of love, justice, mercy, generosity and compassion through the education of young people. Our College is co-educational and caters to over 1300 students from Year 7 to Year 12. Our College motto 'Journeying with Compassion' derived directly from the 'Parable of the Good Samaritan' provides the underlying ethos of the College's Mission Statement.

Within our College we also serve the needs of students with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, who require tailored learning environments and targeted support, through our Specialist Support Classes. These classes provide personalised learning opportunities for students with complex disabilities in a small, well-resourced setting within our welcoming Catholic community.

About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist, you will work collaboratively with Specialist Support teaching staff to build their capacity to meet the learning needs of students with speech, language and communication needs (SLCN) through professional advice, consultation, co-teaching, planning and targeted professional learning that empowers the Specialist Support Class team.

This is a two day per week position during school term time. For those interested in additional days, our neighbouring school, Good Shepherd Catholic Primary School Hoxton…
