The College is seeking a Boarding House Mother on a permanent, part-time basis (35 hours per week). Reporting to the Heads of Boarding, the Boarding House Mother plays a pivotal role in the daily lives of our boarding students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure every boarder feels seen, heard, and valued
Oversee day-to-day boarding house operations and duty staff - Support students’ health, safety, and overall well-being
Build strong connections with students and their families - Assist with the organisation and planning of boarder events
Maintain a positive and well-ordered boarding house environment
