About the role

Ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people? We’re seeking a Director of Students Senior Years at our St Clare Campus (Greenvale), commencing in August 2026 (negotiable), with an ongoing teaching opportunity.

We’re looking for an inspiring leader who builds strong relationships, champions student wellbeing and works collaboratively with staff, students and families to support success in the senior years.

Bring your leadership, strategic thinking and passion for student growth as you guide students through one of the most important stages of their educational journey, fostering a culture of high expectations, belonging and achievement.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the holistic wellbeing, pastoral care and development of students in the senior years.
  • Collaborate with House Leaders, Curriculum Leaders and Learning Support to enhance student outcomes and pathways.
  • Design and oversee a Years 11 and 12 Personal Development and Preventative Education program grounded in Positive Psychology.
  • Lead and support the House Leader team, fostering a culture of collaboration, student wellbeing and restorative practices.
  • Build strong partnerships with students, families and staff to promote engagement, achievement and positive behaviour.
  • Drive a whole-school approach to student wellbeing, ensuring College values and Gospel values are embedded in all aspects of student life.
  • Support student wellbeing, welfare and discipline.
