Details: The Education Directorate is reshaping how its central office works so it can better support schools, students, staff, government and the ACT community. The multidisciplinary organisation design team will deliver a challenging program of discovery, design and implementation to reshape how the directorate operates and is structured. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a once-in-a-generation organisation reform program that will help build a more connected, sustainable and effective education directorate.

The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting this program by providing structured, evidence-informed analysis that translates organisational design intent into clear, practical and implementation-ready products. Working closely with the Program Lead, senior executives and stakeholders, the role analyses current state arrangements and defines future state requirements to support informed decision-making and successful implementation.
