The Assistant Principal works in partnership with the Principal to drive school improvement, support staff in delivering evidence-based teaching, and ensure high expectations for student learning. A strong focus on wellbeing and community engagement is central to this role, as is the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community. The Assistant Principal is both a leader of learning and a role model of our Catholic faith, guiding the school with integrity, collaboration, and care.
