The Opportunity

As our College continues to grow, the strategic use of enrolment and demographic data is becoming increasingly critical. This role will enable a deeper understanding of enrolment trends, strengthen strategic planning, and support our ongoing ability to attract and retain students into the future.

The Enrolments & Community Connections Manager, in partnership with the Principal, manages and coordinates the College’s enrolment function as a key strategic service area. The role supports the enrolment outcomes and contributes to long term strategic planning, while maintaining responsibility for data integrity, compliance, and community connections.

  • 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday each week – 8.00am to 4.00pm per day
  • 44 weeks per year
