The Opportunity

Kildare College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our team.  The Administration Assistant is a key member of the College community, providing professional front office, administrative and customer service support. As a first point of contact for students, families, staff, visitors and external stakeholders, the role contributes to the efficient day-to-day operation of the College through a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including first aid, while fostering a welcoming environment aligned with the values of Kildare College.

  • 27.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday each week – 11.30am to 5.30pm per day
  • 45 weeks per year

About You

  • Highly organised and capable administrator with experience in undertaking a broad range of administrative functions, prioritising competing demands, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Skilled communicator and relationship builder who develops positive and respectful connections with staff, students, families and external stakeholders, while working effectively both independently and collaboratively.
