Role description
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026
At Mosman Park Primary School (PS), we understand the importance of every child having a strong sense of belonging and feeling safe and valued. We will ensure that each and every student will be known by all staff and will feel strongly connected to their peers, their teachers, and the school environment. We will provide a strong pastoral care approach that supports the social and emotional health and wellbeing of all our students.

The Role
The successful applicant will support the Principal in leading a high-performing, student-centred school that values strong partnerships with students, families, staff, and the wider community. The successful applicant should display a commitment to high expectations, evidence-based practice, and continuous school improvement.
Ideally, the successful applicant should have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to analyse and interpret student achievement, attendance, behaviour, and operational data to inform strategic decision making. The successful applicant should have extensive experience using Compass to monitor attendance, manage student behaviour and wellbeing data, and support responsive interventions. Experience with AI-based applications and digital scheduling software to develop accurate student and staff timetables is highly desirable.
