The Senior Training Officer, Community Corrections helps shape the capability of Queensland’s frontline community supervision workforce. You’ll identify development needs, deliver engaging and contemporary training, and ensure assessment and learning practices meet high standards, including RTO requirements where applicable. Working collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders and external providers, you’ll support the delivery of role‑specific programs that strengthen practice, build confidence and enhance outcomes for Community Corrections staff. This role suits a confident facilitator with strong operational insight, excellent presentation skills and a passion for adult learning.
