Role description

Commencing for a January 2027 start, the successful applicant will demonstrate a deep commitment to the Catholic faith and play a central role in leading the Religious Education curriculum and fostering the faith formation of students within the school community.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator and leader to contribute to a dynamic Catholic secondary school while supporting both student learning and spiritual growth.

As Religious Education Coordinator (REC), you will lead the Religious Education faculty in implementing the diocesan curriculum and ensuring it remains central to the mission and vision of the school. You will play a key role in guiding teaching and learning, supporting staff development, and strengthening the Catholic identity and mission of the College.

You will work closely with the leadership team, staff, parish and wider community to foster authentic partnerships and support the faith formation of students. This includes contributing to Catholic life, leading curriculum innovation, analysing student outcomes, and driving continuous improvement in Religious Education practice
