 About the Opportunity 

Due to increasing demand and growth we have exciting opportunities for experienced Primary School teachers to join St Columba College to start ASAP. As a teacher at St Columba College our purpose is to work collaboratively with leaders, colleagues, parents/caregivers and others as applicable to facilitate positive learning by students and engage in educational reform.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Apply curriculum knowledge and teaching methods which facilitate successful learning.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to uphold and contribute to the Anglican and Catholic ethos of the College.

  • Plan and execute a comprehensive learning program in line with Australian Curriculum.

  • Demonstrate best practice in teaching and learning and remain current in knowledge and application and update/adjust practice to achieve same.

  • Establish positive and effective relationships with students. 

 

About You: 

You’ll need: 

  • Current Teacher Registration in South Australia and relevant demonstrated knowledge and experience.

  • High level interpersonal skills to interact positively with the school community and be a positive role model and professional representative.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.

  • The successful candidates will be required to undergo our screening process, which includes a Working with Children Check, E-Screen, Applicant Declaration Form and RRHAN.
