Role description


This is a permanent full-time position commencing ASAP

The Infrastructure Delivery and Maintenance Division has responsibility for the planning and provision of facilities (land, buildings and equipment), which includes land planning, student enrolment forecasting and facilities planning, strategic asset management, capital works programs, maintenance and minor works programs and provision of facilities related services.

The Infrastructure Governance and Reporting branch is responsible for the financial management reporting functions and governance across the division. The branch is responsible for the financial operations of the Infrastructure division including statutory and external financial reporting requirements, liaison with internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to Infrastructure finance, ensure management accounting and budgeting. In addition, the branch is responsible for providing infrastructure and asset information and data to internal and external stakeholders.

The Role

The Manager, Infrastructure Governance and Reporting plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of the Department's statewide infrastructure investment program. Leading a team, you will provide the governance, financial management, reporting and project support functions that underpin the delivery of major capital works, maintenance and asset investment programs. This role will also lead the establishment of a new infrastructure asset information and data area for the analysis and provision of informant for both internal and external stakeholders.
