We are seeking a passionate Coordinator 2 to join our dedicated team on an ongoing full‑time basis from Term 3, helping us continue to nurture the growth, confidence and learning of every student.
The successful candidate
Provide strong leadership across Stage 2 and Stage 3, guiding high‑quality learning and pedagogy.
Model engaging, innovative and evidence‑based teaching practice.
Promote student wellbeing, engagement and positive learning behaviours.
Commit to ongoing professional learning and actively support colleagues’ growth.
Build positive, collaborative relationships with students, families and staff.
Use data effectively to inform teaching and drive improvement across Stage 2 and Stage 3.
Differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs.
Bring valuable experience working with diverse learners.
Lead and coordinate programs that support students with diverse learning needs.
Support teachers in implementing effective adjustments and inclusive learning practices.
