Role description
Metropolitan South Region, School and Regional Operations and Performance Division
At Queensland Pathways State College, we are seeking a Head of Department (known locally as Head of Department - Educational Achievement) to provide both campus-based leadership and strategic leadership of the Educational Achievement portfolio across our nine campuses.
The role, based at our Coorparoo Campus, is responsible for driving the continuous improvement of curriculum, teaching, and learning, with a particular focus on improving Literacy and Numeracy outcomes, build staff capability, and promoting a consistent evidence-informed teaching practices across the school.
