At QPSC, we are seeking a Head of Department to provide both campus-based leadership and strategic leadership of the Pathways portfolio across our nine
campuses. The role, based at our Bundamba Campus, is responsible for driving the continuous improvement of curriculum, teaching, and learning, with a particular focus on improving careers and pathways outcomes, build staff capability, and promoting a consistent evidence-
informed teaching practices across the school.
