Xavier College invites applications from passionate and dedicated Early Years Coordinator to join the founding leadership of our brand new Riverlea Park Campus (R–6), opening in January 2027.

This position is classified as a POR2, commencing Term 4, 2026 for a fixed-period of 2 years. This role includes a full-time, permanent teaching component and should be considered in conjunction with the Teacher Position Information Document.

The Early Years Coordinator will provide leadership across Reception to Year 2, supporting the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and wellbeing programs that foster positive outcomes for our youngest students. The role works closely with leadership and teaching staff to coordinate literacy initiatives, student transitions, curriculum implementation and family engagement.

The successful applicant will be a collaborative and innovative educator who can mentor colleagues, promote evidence-informed practice and contribute to continuous improvement. They will build strong relationships across the College community and support the academic, social and emotional development of young learners.
