Role description
This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026.
We are proudly located on Wadjuk Noongar Boodjar. We learn and play on the land and in the water that has been cared for by elders past and are learning to connect with and care for our land and waterways from the traditional landowners who walk on our journey with us.

The Role
As a Deputy Principal, you should apply your professional knowledge, leadership expertise and understanding of contemporary educational practice to support high quality teaching and learning across the school. Working collaboratively with the Principal, Executive Leadership Team and broader school community, the Deputy Principal plays a key role in driving school improvement and ensuring positive outcomes for all students.
We are seeking an experienced and highly effective leader with a strong background in upper primary education. The successful applicant should display the ability to build positive relationships, lead with integrity and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. They will ideally possess strong mentoring and collegiate leadership skills, with experience supporting teachers and education assistants through a robust performance and development culture.
